Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sea Me Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help — with a few important conditions.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Not listed as Clearance or final sale.
  • Exchanges Only on 'Change of Mind' Purchases.

Clearance & Final Sale Items

Please note:
Clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
These items are heavily discounted and sold as final sale. We recommend checking sizing guide and product details carefully before purchasing.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at sales@seameswimwear.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method or Exchanged.

Refunds / Exchanges

  • Refunds and Exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Customers are responsible for payment of return shipping unless faulty or wrong item received.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
  • Items must be returned in original plastic Sea Me Swimwear labelled bag and hang tag attached.
  • Garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Exchanges Only on 'Change of Mind' Purchases.
